Somerset, England: A biker could be charged soon, after police apparently saw a video of him speeding on a 180mph Yamaha R1, that was posted on YouTube.com.

The video apparently shows him doing wheelies and speeding past traffic, although we have not seen the video ourselves.

The video, it is said, clearly shows him leaving his house before getting on the bike.

It is believed that this is the first time that the police have tried to use videos on YouTube as evidence in a prosecution, reports the Daily Mirror (UK).

If convicted, the man could be charged with dangerous driving, which means he could lose his license for a long while.

We had a look on YouTube yesterday for links to the video but weren't able to identify it from the information we have.
