We reported earlier (here) that a Dad who saw Tigger apparently punch his son in the head had reported the incident to the authorities.

The guy inside the Tigger suit was suspended during the investigation, but we have just seen reports, from Associated Press, that charges are not to be brought against the 31 year-old Tigger impersonator.

The report we saw did not say whether the man had got his job back following the incident.
