This
story has been circulating on the internet over the last week, probably because
of this brilliant picture which might have come from an ad for the stuff (or because
the beer was being marketed for the first time):

The
drink in question is called Kwispelbier (Kwispel means 'wagging a tail' in Dutch)
and is made from beef extract and malt.
The
drink, which isn't alcoholic, was apparently designed by hunters on hunting trips
who wanted to give the dogs a treat when the humans all had a beer.
It's
now being advertised in Holland with the slogan:
Kwispelbier,
a beer for your best friend.
