An
elderly man collapsed from a heart attack at the seventh annual "Heart Ball",
a $250-a-plate American Heart Association fundraiser, reports Yahoo News.
The
man, who has not been named, suddenly slumped over.
Eyewitnesses
say that he had no pulse or blood pressure when found.
Several
of the 300 doctors and cardiologists at the event sprang into action, reviving
the man by performing 'cardiopulmonary resuscitation'.
Paramedics
then took him to hospital.
The
patient has made a full recovery.
