Police
have arrested a man accused of peeing into open windows
in residential areas after offering a $25,000 reward.
Residents
spotted the 19-year-old, of Redwood City, urinating into
the window of their Menlo Park home, according to the San
Mateo County Sheriff's Office.
The
phantom urinator was confronted by residents while still
zipping up his pants.
The
man, arrested for suspicion of prowling, has already served
time in prison for indecent exposure and prowling at the
time of the incident.
