According
to a report we have seen on Ananova, police were called recently when an Emu began
pestering people in a park in Kaarst, in the west of Germany.
But,
when a policeman tried to apprehend the bird, it violently pecked at his trousers,
pulling them off.
The
next day, this time in Wallduern in southwestern Germany, a 3 foot-tall red and
green parrot is said to have ripped the arm off the jacket of a policemen while
he was attempting to arrest it.
Police
are searching for the owners of the birds.
