Omed
Aziz, 31, who has no eyes, has two fingers missing from his right hand, is partially
deaf and suffers from leg tremors, was
caught driving at 56kph at Oldbury Ringway in the West Midlands of England, in
April 2006.
He
was given a three month prison sentence, suspended for a year.
Mr
Aziz lost both of his eyes in a bomb explosion in Iraq.
Mr
Aziz's passenger, who was banned from driving, gave him directions.
When
police stopped the Peugeot 405 in April, it is reported that it had erratically
negotiated two traffic islands and a corner.
Mr
Aziz's defense council said he was only testing his driving capabilities.
In
an earlier case Mr Aziz admitted to not having an MOT, a license and no insurance.
