December 2005: A court in Des Moines received a letter supposedly signed by Kimberly Du's mother confirming that Kimberly had passed on to 'the other side', so she couldn't possibly have to pay all the fines for the traffic offenses she had committed...

The warrant for Du's arrest was promptly withdrawn by the judge.

Then, on the 4th January, Kimberly Du was stopped for speeding and driving with a suspended license.

The very undead-Du is now being held in Polk County Jail, charged with forging her mother's signature.

She could be jailed for 2 years if convicted.
