Behror
(Rajasthan) India:
Farmer, Shiv Chara, alias Sheojiram, a 72 year-old bachelor, has taken 36 attempts
to pass his high school (secondary board) exams.
And
he's apparently been putting off getting married until he passes...
This
year is his 37th attempt, and he is optimistic, he claims.
Sheojiram
started taking the exams in 1969 when he was only 35 years-old.
Of
the ten exams he must pass, it is the maths paper that he finds the most difficult.
He
told website indiatimes.com:
"Sometimes
invigilators throw me out thinking I am the guardian of one of the students. But
such things have never dampened my spirit as I hope one day I will clear my exams
and get married."
theVoiceofReason.com
wishes him the very best of luck.
