was the sound of an off duty officer taking a toilet break who then dropped his
gun with his trousers down...
When
Officer Clancy undid his trousers his gun fell from its holster. He tried to catch
it but when he did his finger caught the trigger and it went off twice.
Police
spokesman Gabe Trevino told KSAT news:
"The
first bullet went through the wall of the cubicle and through the pants of a man,
grazing his leg."
The
injured man was washing his hands at the time. He was taken to hospital.
The
Texan police department for internal affairs is investigating the incident.
