A Russian astrologer is so furious with Nasa that she says she is going to sue for the damage the Deep Impact probe made when it smashed into Tempel 1 recently.

Star gazer Marina Bai says the probe has knocked the comet off course with the result that she will now have to rewrite all of her horoscope prediction charts.

She is suing for about $300,000.

The case is to be heard in the Moscow courts. A date for the hearing is yet to be fixed.
