What
our panel of critics thought |
"Back
to the good old days in London when you could walk without fear
of being grabbed by street urchins and chimney sweeps."
"Did
I miss Chim Chimery? It must have been in this movie somewhere."
"Have
they edited out the song on the roof tops? Why oh why oh why?"
"Where
was Julie Andrews? I was expecting at least a cameo."
"Street
crime in London today is terrible. Would Hugh really be able to
walk through a market like that today without being stripped naked
and a cucumber stuck up his bottom? I fear not."

A
fun movie to watch. A love story set in a Mary Poppins type London
without the singing penguins. A wonderful soundtrack. Very well
written, well cast.
