The president of Multinesia, The Rt Hon Frederico Gonzales IV, was said to be 'resigned to a guest spot on The Today Show' this afternoon after arriving at the traditional end of APEC Summit leaders photo call dressed in an Hawaiian shirt and not the suit that President Obama had earlier decided upon.
Attendees at the summit said 'joker Fred' had a terrific sense of humor about the mix up and gave what was one of the dullest summits of the financial crisis so far a well needed element of levity.
