A collection of new photographs of the Beatles from their tour of Washington DC in 1964 have been discovered, but their contents has been greeted with widespread disappointment amongst collectors who say that the photographs look pretty much like ones that have been kicking about for years.
Pictures of Paul McCartney looking intense, John Lennon and George Harrison with their mouths wide open holding their guitars, and Ringo Starr with big pouty lips, add nothing new to the Beatles legend, it has been said.
An expert who has seen the recently discovered photographs told theVoiceofReason.com:
"I am always excited when I hear of a new collection of photographs from the Beatlemania tours of the 60's, but with this new collection I thought 'Errr', 'Ho Hum', 'Nnnneeeeerrr'."
"It's difficult to say what Beatles picture we haven't seen before, but another toothy Paul McCartney picture, John Lennon with a cheeky grin, George Harrison with his unruly big mop of hair and another Ringo Star on the drums isn't it."
