Maniweld, Nevada: The family of Josh Grobian, 43, who died laughing at the Ricky Gervais monologue at this year's Golden Globes ceremony, has asked for his ashes to be scattered at the Playboy mansion.
Grobian, a popular local electrician who specialised in ventilation and air conditioning, choked to death on his tongue during the joke where Gervais acted as if Hugh Hefner was having sex with his 24 year old bride.
"All I heard was him laughing and then a thud," said Sherleen Grassweld.
"His ashes being scattered at the Playboy mansion seems the perfect resting place. Probably the best place would be by the naked Hugh Hefner statue."
Did You Know: The number of people who die laughing at television shows is around 135 a year, down from near 1200 during the golden television age of the 1970s.
Apology: In an earlier article we accidentally mentioned by name two of the actors alluded to as being gay Scientologists in the Ricky Gervais hosted Golden Globes ceremony. We have arranged for state of the art brainwashing for any reader who read the earlier article if they would like to forget what they have read. Simply send a weird incoherent email requesting to be brainwashed to our usual address and our ruffians will be round when you least expect it.
