we deliberately attempted to be vague as to which Al Gore
was arrested for drugs possession.

are happy to do this.

would like to make it perfectly clear that the person arrested
was in fact Al Gore and not Al Gore as we reported.

Gore is currently in the United Kingdom organizing a number
of concerts, 'Live
Earth', this weekend.
Al
Gore was arrested after a 100 mph chase yesterday but has
since been released after someone posted a $20,000 bail.
Al
Gore claims to have a prescription to combat global warming.
Al
Gore did not have a prescription for any of the drugs found
in his possession.
We
hope this clears up the confusion that our earlier story
caused.
