FEMA Orders Arrest Of Rita Rudner
"We're not taking any chances this time"

FEMA, determined not to repeat the mess they made of the immediate response to hurricane Katrina, have confirmed that they are seeking to apprehend popular comedienne Rita Rudner 'before she can do any damage in Texas'.

A FEMA spokesman told us:

"We have reports that she is about to smash up Galveston and possibly then move on to Houston.

We can't allow this to happen so we are taking preemptive measures to stop her."

Rita Coolidge was unavailable for comment when we called her last night.
