Elton
John Attacks Mount St Helens

The
increasingly outspoken pop legend Elton John, 57,
criticised Mount St Helens last night, calling the volcano
"a big fat drama queen just looking for attention".
The
pop superstar claimed that the becoming more active volcano
"couldn't blow the skin off a rice pudding".
Elton
John, 5ft 6in, said the cloud of smoke coming out of the
top of the volcano reminded him of his "pipe smoking
aunt
and not like a geological fault at all".
When
told that volcano experts had downgraded the immediate risk
of an eruption, Elton John, 17 decibels, laughed with derision,
and said it was "typical".
